We put a lot of pressure on ourselves and our teams and we all end up exhausted.
Before the year races to a close take a moment to pause, to recognise and value everything you and your team has done and achieved.

I'm delighted to be offering Wrap Up 2024 a 90 minute open workshop for you and your team, facilitated by me online on Thursday 19 December 12.30pm-2pm.
Every person who registers gets a reflection workbook.
Each place is £45

This is your chance to pause, reflect on successes, learn from what hasn’t gone so well so that you can find clarity and confidence and have a clear plan for success in 2025.

- Invite your team to join so that you can collectively reflect on 2024.
- Use the reflection questions to then guide your team through their own Wrap Up 2024 exercise.
All you need to do is set aside the time in your diary and make looking back to think forward a priority.
I am not able to offer refunds but the session will be recorded.
